Please note that we cannot guarantee we will be able to respond to all case enquiries. As a small charity, we do not have the capacity to discuss initial case enquiries by phone or in person. Please carefully review the guidance on this link and see if a case meets our criteria. If it does, to even consider screening the case, we need to hear from the convicted person themselves by letter to our postal address. You can also use the form below for any further queries you may have about the process, including if the convicted person is unable to write in to us themselves.
